My journey to founding Scale Advisors began with a promise I made to my wife Katie when she became pregnant with our first child. Growing up, her dream was to become a stay-at-home Mom. And on the day we found out she was pregnant back in 2010, I promised to make enough money to support our family so she could do just that.
The only problem was, I was making less than $30k/year.
But life has a way of aligning once your intention is clear. And sure enough, by the time our first son was born, I more than tripled my income to over $100k/year.
From there I spent years mastering every lever of business growth I could get my hands on, eventually becoming the go-to strategist for entrepreneurs who needed someone who could see the whole picture, not just one piece of it.

Then I made an unusual move. I shut my thriving consulting agency down to go much deeper and run the marketing team for an 8-figure physical products company to learn how real businesses operate behind-the-scenes. Because generating revenue is one thing, but operating a business (properly) is a completely different ballgame.
After helping them launch a new business that went from $0 - $8M within the first 12 months, and another that went from 15 > 450 sales per day, I left to start my own physical products company, Peak Biome.
After a soft launch to test the waters, I turned up the dials and scaled that to $1M+/mo within just 3 short months. And after running that for about 5 years, including a window of time where I simultaneously ran Peak Biome while being the CEO of an 8-figure, 7-business, 100+ employee portfolio company, I finally sold it.
All in all, my work has generated nearly $200M in revenue for myself and my clients.*
