About Scale Advisors
My journey to founding Scale Advisors began with a promise I made to my wife Katie when she became pregnant with our first child. Growing up, her dream was to become a stay-at-home Mom. And on the day we found out she was pregnant back in 2010, I promised to make enough money to support our family so she could do just that.
The only problem was, I was making less than $30k/year.
But life has a way of aligning once your intention is clear. And sure enough, by the time our first son was born, I more than tripled my income to over $100k/year.
From there, I threw myself into mastering every aspect of business growth I could get my hands on. I learned copywriting, funnel building, traffic generation, and everything in between, to become one of the early pioneers of multi-touch, omnipresent marketing strategies years before they became industry standard.

The results spoke for themselves. My work generated tens of millions of dollars in revenue for clients across dozens of industries.* I became the go-to strategist for entrepreneurs who needed someone who could think beyond tactics and actually move the needle.
Then I made an unusual move. In 2017 I shut my thriving consulting agency down to go much deeper and run the marketing team for an 8-figure company to learn how real businesses operate behind-the-scenes. Because generating revenue is one thing, but operating a business (properly) is a completely different ballgame. Then, after helping them generate millions of dollars, including helping them launch a new business that went from $0 - $8M within the first 12 months, I left to start my own company, Peak Biome.
After a soft launch to test the waters, I turned up the dials and scaled that to $1M+/mo within just 3 short months. And after running that for about 5 years, including a window of time where I simultaneously ran Peak Biome while being the CEO of an 8-figure, 7-business, 100+ employee portfolio company, I finally sold it.
All in all, my work has generated nearly $200M in revenue for myself and my clients.*
Today, I bring that rare combination of tactical expertise and operational experience to Scale Advisors. I'm not just a consultant who studied successful businesses - I'm an operator who built them, scaled them, led them, and learned firsthand what separates companies that thrive from those that merely survive.
More importantly, I live what I preach. I sleep like a baby every night, meditate 1 hour every morning, live in my dream house by the beach, exercise and eat clean daily, spend tons of time with my 3 boys and my wife, have non-existent stress levels most days, take plenty of time off for beach walks and shenanigans, have a thriving social life, and just simply live life on my own terms.

Why Scale Advisors Was Born
The idea for Scale Advisors came from watching too many brilliant entrepreneurs build businesses that were slowly destroying them and everyone around them.
It wasn't just the broken economics. It was seeing founders work 80-hour weeks while their families felt abandoned. Watching talented employees burn out because "hustle culture" had replaced actual leadership. Seeing customers treated like ATMs instead of human beings with real problems that deserve real solutions.
The breaking point came when I realized most entrepreneurs aren't just optimizing the wrong metrics. They’re not just solving the wrong problems. They're building the wrong kind of business entirely.
